I thought this Coca Cola ad did a great job of fulfilling many of the rules under the Gestalt Theory, but the effective use of repetition in the ad is what jumped at me first. Repetition is expressed not only in the dynamic use of color in the constant repetition of the classic red and white, but also in the continuous use of the bottle caps as one of the main visuals in the ad. Repetition is also expressed in the ongoing use of the Coca Cola name on the bottle and on the bottle caps. All in all, the repetition principle that the ad utilizes ads to its effectiveness, clarity, and makes it very esthetically pleasing.
