The kerning in this picture just does not seem to work. The lines don't even match up at the end, so the kerning on the top line is pointless. It makes the sign hard to read, and my eye does not know where to look first. The leading additionally makes it hard to read because the last two lines are so squished together. I also don't understand why the first line is in bold to stand out, when it really does not contain any important part of the message.
