Wrap Up

I learned a lot from our class this year. I struggled a lot at the beginning to get comfortable with using Macs, but the labs helped me to get more comfortable over time. I still have a lot to learn, however. It was frustrating trying to complete the assignments and learn to use the programs at the same time but hopefully this will become easier as I take more classes in Newhouse. One major thing I learned is the importance of being concise- as well as a perfectionist. I now have a much greater appreciation for typefaces and all the work that goes into graphic design in general. I am not what you call a "text geek" yet but I am definitely on my way.
